Are there aliens? Have alien vehicles been recorded in Earth’s skies? What do leaked videos of US Navy pilots recording unidentified objects with unusual flight characteristics, no wings and an unknown propulsion system show?
The long-awaited report on UAPs (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) was released on June 25, 2021 by the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).
The title of the report on UAPs or UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects) is: “Preliminary Assessment: Unidentified Aerial Phenomena”. It is based on data available to the Department of Defense Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF).
Where can I find the UAP (UFO) report?
You can find the original report in English at: https://www.dni.gov/files/ODNI/documents/assessments/Prelimary-Assessment-UAP-20210625.pdf
Why are UFOs referred to as UAPs?
The term Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP ) was adopted by US Government agencies to describe unexplained flying objects. It replaces the term Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO), which is considered negatively charged. They feel it is easier for a serious observer to report a UAP instead of a UFO without being mocked or stigmatized by their colleagues.
Is the UAP report published on 25 June 2021 the final one?
No it is a preliminary report. It finds that until now there has been no organised methodology for UAP recording. This makes it difficult to reliably record and classify the phenomena and therefore makes subsequent research and evaluation of observations difficult.
Where have most UAP records been made in recent years?
Most UAP recordings have been made in marine areas close to the US coast where the US Navy has been conducting exercises. One explanation for this is that in these areas there were concentrations of personnel on alert due to the exercises and many sensors in use (e.g., military sensors mounted on warplanes).
What period are the UAP observations for?
The UAP observations cover the period from 2004 to 2021.
How many UAP (UFO) observations are the data in the report based on?
The data in the report are based on 144 official reports. Of these, 80 have been made involving observations from multiple sensors.
How many of the UAP incidents point to high technology of unknown origin?
In 18 incidents described in 21 reports, observers reported unusual movements and unusual flight characteristics.
What are the 5 categories of UAPs?
Airborne Clutter: this category includes birds, balloons, drones (UAVs), airborne debris.
Natural Atmospheric Phenomena: Natural atmospheric phenomena such as ice crystals, moisture, thermal disturbances that can be recorded by infrared and radar systems.
USG or Industry Developmental Programs: Classified military programs. The report states that none of the incidents could be classified under this category of phenomena.
Foreign Adversary Systems: Vehicles from third countries such as Russia and China that use technology not known to the U.S.
Other: this category includes phenomena that cannot be categorized elsewhere. Observations involving objects that had unusual flight characteristics or characteristic motion. The report states, however, that due to the limited data available, additional scientific knowledge will be needed to collect, analyze and characterize some of these.
Does the report refer to aliens?
The report is a government document that uses careful and formal phraseology. It stresses that it is preliminary. Nowhere does it state that any of the recorded unexplained phenomena involve aliens or UFOs. But through the Other category, it leaves the door open for alien craft (UFOs) to be one of the possible explanations.
Where can I see the videos showing UAPs from the US Navy?

Are there any interesting interviews of pilots who encountered UAPs?
Yes there is the interview of two former US Navy pilots on CBS News’ 60 Minutes. Alex Dietrich and Dave Fravor describe an encounter they had with UAP on November 14, 2004, flying two-seat F-18s.
The encounter lasted five minutes. At the time they were stationed on the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz and were participating in an exercise 100 miles southwest of San Diego. The USS Princeton’s escort radar picked up what radar operators call “multiple anomalous aerial vehicles”. The unidentified trail changed altitude by 80,000 feet in less than a second! Alex Dietrich and Dave Fravor were asked to investigate the trail with their two-seat F-18s.
What 4 pairs of eyes saw was a craft shaped like tic tac candies hovering over the calm sea. At the point of the hover, the sea had become choppy and white in color. The UAP had no markings, no wings, no exhaust of any kind.
Dave Fravor began to descend towards the object to get a better look at it, while Alex Dietrich remained aloft circling.
The UAP turned toward Dave Fravor’s plane and as he descended, it climbed.
But when they reached the same altitude, the UAP simply disappeared!
A few minutes later the USS Princeton’s radar spotted the trail again, 60 miles away. Another F-18 crew managed to temporarily capture it using the F-18’s targeting camera before it disappeared again.

Why such an article on kalliergo.gr
The article certainly has nothing to do with plants and crops.
But the topic is so big and so important that I could not resist the temptation to publish a related article.
After the many reports of UFOs (UAP) from reliable sources, the whole world was waiting for the publication of the relevant report by the US government.
The Preliminary Assessment: Unidentified Aerial Phenomena report was released on 25.06.2021.
In fact, it did not add much more than what had already been leaked and what the world knew from videos and interviews of pilots who encountered UFOs, UAP.
But the report is classified as preliminary. What it does do is make it known that there will now be regular recording and investigation of similar incidents.
